AG Immigration Law P.A. It is a law office located in Weston, Florida.    AG Immigration Law P.A.  It is dedicated to serving both individuals and corporations in all matters related to their Immigration issues, such as Immigrant Visas, Non-Immigrant Visas, Citizenships, Asylum, and Deportation and Removal Processes. 

We pride ourselves on providing all of our clients' immigration needs quickly and efficiently. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with representation tailored to their specific case.

Our clients are our number one priority. Our firm provides a consultation where we review your immigration goals and needs and analyze in detail your eligibility under the various programs provided by U.S. immigration law.

AG Immigration Law P.A. represents all types of immigrants, including small business owners, executives, managers, teachers, entrepreneurs, and students of all nationalities.    

We also represent immigrants in their marriage petitions, deportation cases, pardons, simple and complex citizenship cases, asylum cases, and more.

Our vision is to provide the immigrant community with a law firm you can trust. We want to help our clients navigate the complex immigration process successfully. We will do this by applying our extensive knowledge of immigration law and its procedures, gained through over 15 years of legal practice by our attorney, Adriana Gómez.

AG Immigration Law P.A.  Founded in 2022 by attorney Adriana Gómez, a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in the practice of Immigration Law – Our firm is committed to protecting your rights and helping you achieve your American Dream.  

Adriana Gómez was born in Bogotá, Colombia. She graduated from the Pontifical Javeriana University in Bogotá, Colombia in 1999 and is a licensed attorney in Colombia. Later, Adriana graduated from the University of St. Thomas in Miami, Florida, in 2005. She has firsthand knowledge of the complexities of the immigration process to legalize one's status, as she went through the same process herself. Now living her American Dream, she wants to help you achieve yours by providing honest advice and applying her legal knowledge and experience in immigration practice. 

She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2006 and is licensed to practice immigration law in all 50 states. She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2011.

He has been licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida since 2012, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the United States Eleventh Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the Florida State Supreme Court since 2006, and the United States Supreme Court since 2012.  

Adriana Gómez previously worked as a co-founding partner at the law firm Gómez & Uzcategui Immigration Law PLLC y una firma privada de abogados exclusivos en el área de inmigración por más de quince años.

 

 Adriana Gomez has extensive experience defending clients in deportation or removal proceedings from the United States, and assisting family members in making asylum petitions, family petitions, applying for U.S. citizenship, waivers, and other requests. 

She speaks English and Spanish.

Adriana has represented hundreds of clients in all aspects of immigration law in the United States. She has consistently represented clients before immigration judges and filed appeals with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Eleventh U.S. Court of Appeals.
